Decant Lab – Refund, Replacement & Cancellation Policy

At Decant Lab, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Because we sell fragrance decants and partial bottles, certain restrictions apply to protect hygiene, authenticity, and fairness for all customers.

Please review the policy below before placing an order.

Returns & Refunds

Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded. This applies to all decants, partial bottles, and full-size items.

A refund is only possible before the order has been dispatched. After shipment or once the package is in transit, cancellations and refunds are no longer available.

Partial Bottle Disclaimer

Liquid levels in partial bottles are based on professional decanting records and may vary slightly from listing photos. Because of this, partial bottles are sold on a final-sale basis and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Eligible Cases for Replacement or Exchange

We will arrange a replacement or exchange only if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The product is defective

  • You receive a different item from what you ordered

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused and not tampered with

  • Requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery

  • Returned items must be in the same condition as received

  • For decants, bottles that are heavily sprayed or altered will not qualify

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

  • Photos or video evidence if the item is damaged

After approval, we will schedule a reverse pickup from your delivery address.

Processing Time

Approved replacements or exchanges are shipped within 7–10 business days.

Refund Timeline

If a refund is approved, the amount will be returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

You may request cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

Once packing or shipping begins, the order can no longer be cancelled.
